FIBRE FURNACE

Fibre furnace is manufactured with new type energy-saving bricks made by Tianjin Silicate Research Institute.These bricks contains special fibre.It's with properties as follows:

        (1)Thermal conductive coefficient is 0.189,1/4-1/14 of

            regular refractory.

        (2)Specific gravity is only 0.49,1/5-1/6 of

           regular refractory,refractoriness is greater than 1700℃.

           Furnace made with this   bricks can save 40% of  electric

           power.

    Adopted this bricks and MoSi₂ heating elements manufactured by Tianjin Silicate Research Institute,we can make multi-purpose,multi-standards,high temperature,programme-controled energy-saving 2-140 cubic litre furnace to meet laboratory and industry firing application.Price of this furnace is RMB 20-100 thousands.It is with properties of high serving temperature(Reaching 1600℃ only 15 minutes for 2 cubic litre furnace,30 minutes for 30 cubic litre.)

    The efficiency of this furnace is 2-3 times of regular furnace.It can save electric power.Furnace's auto temperature-controling adoped with 8 swiches.The accuracy of temperature is between ±2℃.Also,we can remake furnace with above technology for university and enterprise.
