SAPPHIRE SUBSTRATE SHEET

Sapphire is widely used in design and production of many microcircuit, manufacture of high temperature superconductive film,as well.Because it have a high dielectric constant,special crystal orientation,fine surface finish,excellant physics,electricity and heat character.

Sapphire is used as substrate which has advantage as follows:

* repeatable dielectric constant,parallel to the direction of axis A is 9.3,     paralleled  to the direction of axis C is 11.5 between 10 to 10¹¹hz
